Rockland Co., Pavement Resurfacing - Route 45 - Village of New Hempstead, Town of Ramapo., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: Mbe: 10.00%, Wbe: 15.00%, Sdvob: 6.00% This project will correct pavement deficiencies on State Route 45 from East Eckerson Road to the Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP) in the Town of Ramapo and Village of New Hempstead in Rockland County. The work will primarily consist of milling and filling the road surface to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2024/2025. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
