According to Drawings and Specifications Prepared by Lothrop Associates Architects Inc., and Described in General as: All Labor, Material and Equipment Associated With the Upgrade and Modernization of Two (2) Passenger Elevators in Paul F. Cullum Apartments a Fifteen-story Residential Building. The Base Bid Work of This Project, as Outlined Above, Shall Be Completed in a Period of Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. All Bids Will Be Reviewed by the Architect and Owner. The Contract Will Be Awarded After Review is Complete. The Owner or Architect, Within Ten (10) Days of Opening, Will Notify All Interested Parties as to Their Decision. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Housing Authority of the Township of North Bergen, United States Government Bonds, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Sureties in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Submitted by Each Bidder. The Surety Company Must Also Be Licensed to Do Business in the State of New Jersey.
