Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2026/2027. This Project is Located in the New York City Region and Includes the Following: Counties Queens Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
