Prime Contractors that are properly licensed for this type of work are required to prequalify in order to bid. Estimated Cost of Work = $1,170,000.00 to $1,470,000.00 Abatement of hazardous materials, demolition of the existing four-story building (approximately 90,000 SF), existing Pedestrian Bridge across 13 th Street (between Humanities, Hulsey and Sterne Library), haul off of all materials and restoration/improvement of site according to plans and specifications provided. Additionally, Guardrails shall be provided at Sterne and Hulsey.
