**As of May 9, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded nd this will be rebid. The project includes but is not necessarily limited to, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures; demolition and removal of pavements; topsoil stripping and stockpiling; storm sewer and infiltration system installation, electrical conduit, concrete and asphalt pavement, concrete accessible ramp and metal handrails, finish grading, site furnishings, plantings, and site restoration. Each representative shall inspect the site and become familiar with existing conditions and limitations of the site and construction, means of access to the site and to work areas, relationship of existing and new work, and other conditions which might affect the proper performance and completion of the work. No allowance will be made after opening of Bids for errors through failure to properly estimate the effect of the existing conditions and limitations on the scope and/or cost of the work.
