All quotes submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with all aspects of the requirements of the RFQ. All work described herein and in the Related Documents is included as part of this solicitation unless otherwise specified. The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: BASE BID - MAIN GATE - Installation of a sliding security gate: A. Fence removal and disposal. B. Concrete walkway demolition and disposal. C. Trenching for new underground conduits for electrical and access control. D. Concrete walkway and ramp construction. E. #57 Stone base. F. Sliding gate installation (including gate operator). G. Chain link fencing and swing gate installation. H. Selective asphalt replacement. I. Line and crosswalk striping. J. Traffic Bollard installation. K. Electrical work. L. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, M. Thorough cleaning of the project site.
