Qualified vendors to establish a contract to remove and replace all existing CVPC water piping from the top plates of the walls, insulation on all water piping. Patch, tape, and finish all drywall where there is water damage, to match existing. Demo the damaged carpeting and replace with new. Demo all 4" rubber base in affected areas and replace with new.
