Two new approach slabs shall also be installed. o Mayfield # 2 Bridge Repairs consists of the installation of two sheet pile wingwalls on each side of the bridge, and erosion protection in the form of grouted riprap on the side slopes of the bridge. Two new approach slabs shall also be installed. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors.
