Replace current HVAC system and install a rooftop TRANE 4YCC4036E1090A, or equal, with matching curb at the Lee County Adult Probation located at 1503 Elm St, Sanford, NC 27330. The bid should specifically include: 1- 4YCC4036E1090A, or equal, rooftop package unit; 1-MT13057 curb, or equal; as well as all permits, rigging, labor and materials.
