The Region is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders to provide goods and services for Oil-Grit Separator Structure Cleaning, Including Disposal of Collected Liquid and Solid Materials at Various Locations in the Region Question Deadline: Thu Apr 11, 2024 5:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 3 The Supplier shall submit to the Region, as part of the Bidder's Bid, the following documentation: 1. a complete copy of a current and valid Waste Management System approval or instrument for the Supplier to transport the material collected from the Oil-Grit Separator Structure cleaning activities. 2. a complete copy of a current and valid Certificate of Approval (C of A) or Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) issued by the MECP for the receiving waste disposal site. 3. Equipment Information List DEPOSIT: Bid Bond(Digital Bond): All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. The form of Bid Bond acceptable to the Region is attached as Appendix I. Undertaking to Bond(Digital Bond) : Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price. The form of Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region is attached as Appendix J.
