Question Submission Deadline:March 18, 2024, 4:00pm The project is for crack sealing on the taxiways, runways, and/or aprons at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. The work will occur on the following surfaces: Taxiway B west of Runway 18. Runway 7-25 on south side of the centerline from the RW 7 threshold to Taxiway A. Taxiway D. Runway 36 to Taxiway A-1. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any reason, or to accept any Bid which it deems to be in its best interest. Any Bid which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular may be rejected; any Bid having erasures or corrections in the price sheet may be rejected; any Bid which omits a bid on any one or more required items may be rejected; and any Bid accompanied by an insufficient or irregular certified check or Bid Bond may be rejected. The use of unbalanced bids is prohibited. The damages to the City of Lebanon for such a breach shall include loss from the interference with his construction program and other items. The amount of the certified check or Bid Bond accompanying the Bid of such Bidder will be retained by the Owner as liquidated damages for such breach.
