Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in West Chester, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required to install a sludge drying facility, including sludge dryer and appurtenances, sludge cake bin, conveyance equipment, cooling tower, blower, HVAC equipment, piping, plumbing, electrical, process control instrumentation, structural, and architectural improvements. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid, and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Butler County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage & Hour Division.
