Upgrades, repairs and redevelopment of aquatic facilities located in Jarry Park. The scope of the project aims to bring together all nautical activities in one place and includes renovations of the existing swimming pool with a capacity of 650 bathers, construction of a paddling pool with a capacity of 350 people with a filtration system and water games, spaces required to accommodate the filtration systems of the aquatic center and the storage of water treatment products, development of a beach allowing a good distribution of swimming pool and paddling pool activities with inclusion of water games, a lighting system, a service structure housing a multifunctional room offering a refuge and information space for park users, particularly in winter, an eco-responsible outdoor environment: a picnic area, relaxation area, vegetation. The value of the project amounts to approximately $40 million. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant for the preparation of a functional and technical program and concept establishment of the project.
