Renovation of an educational facility in Union, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Union County High School Awnings QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: April 12, 2024 @ 12:00 PM SPECIFICATIONS Remove existing walkway cover and install new white Pan Style aluminum walkway approximately 150 in three sections. End sections to have 2 7 aluminum C-beams to span over walkway. All posts should be 3 X 3 aluminum and used as downspouts. Posts must be either concreted in ground or flush mounts to avoid rework of concrete. DESIRED FUNCTIONALITY All work should be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any additional costs or modification to agreed terms will be presented to the District in writing. All materials used for insallation should be delivered by the vendor to the job installation site. GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES All work should be performed according to best practices. All work performed should be covered with a standard warranty and vendor should cover all manufactures standard warranty periods. Work should be covered for a minimum of 5 year.
