Est. Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2026 Pre-Qualification: Yes The Work of this Project consists of replacement of a previously existing park shelter building with toilet facilities at Badger-Hickey Park in La Crosse, WI. Project work area will involve disturbance of approximately 0.25 acres of a 2.56-acre parcel. Existing building and site demolition has been completed by the Owner, with the Contractor being responsible for all remaining incidental demolition necessary to accommodate the Contractor's construction means and methods. There will be minor pitch adjustments necessary at the landscape and hardscape areas around the building to blend back to the existing grades. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration
