Renovation of a medical facility in Opaskwayak, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Scope of work includes removal of radiator heaters, lighting and door replacement, installation of hygienic wall protection, painting and replacement of existing millwork with stainless-steel casework. The intent of this bid call is to obtain formal Bids for the provisions of Labour, Supervision, Materials, Equipment and Services necessary for Demolition, Construction and Renovation Work as described in the documentation supplied, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: Bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. The accepted Tenderer shall provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract amount as referred to in the Bid Form 004100. Use the most current version of the CCDC Document 221 as the form of Performance Bond. The accepted Tenderer shall provide and maintain in good standing until fulfillment of the Contract a Labour and Materials Bond for 50% of the Contract, covering the faithful performance of the Contract as referred to in the Bid Form 004100.
