The University of New Mexico Facilities Management Department (UNM) is soliciting services for monthly generator inspection/testing and additional repair services for UNM's Area Two located at UNM's North and Central Campuses ("Area Two"). Area Two maintains 17 generators (see "Attachment A Generator List and Locations" for complete listing). The initial term of the contract awarded as a result of this RFP shall be for one (1) year. UNM reserves the option to renew a resultant contract if such renewal is mutually agreed to and found to be in the best interest of UNM and in accordance with 13-1-150 NMSA 1978 as amended. The Q&A board deadline is March 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m All questions including technical questions regarding the RFP must be submitted electronically and should be through the Q&A Board.
