Reference Number 0000346848 The City of Riverview is seeking bids for the Land Preserve's 2024 Spring GCCS Construction, an annual expansion project that includes drilling new and replacement gas extraction wells, new header and lateral piping, and general improvements to the system as needed. The Engineer will prepare construction plans for the Director's approval. This project is necessary to continue controlling gas odors and to maintain the functionality of the existing extraction system. Question Deadline 04/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) The City of Riverview reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive defects in bidding in the best interest of the City.
