Renovation of a municipal facility in Chatham, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Provide Station Building - Electrical MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 3% Estimated Cost: $500,000 - $1,000,000 Bid Deposit: $36,100.00 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $125,700 for C, $20,100 for H, $20,700 for P, and $36,100 for E). 46194-C, 46194-H, 46194-P All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000 for C, between $250,000 and $500,000 for H, between $250,000 and $500,000 for P, and between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for E The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Each bid form shall be accompanied by bid security Completion- The substantial completion date for this project is 665 days; Physically complete the Work within 90 days after the established Substantial Completion date.
