The City of Ceres is accepting bids from qualified contractors to perform a Generator Maintenance Project. The City currently has 19 standby generators located at our facilities, see list attached. This Scope of Services includes tasks to be completed by the contractor to perform Annual and Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance including oil, filter change and comprehensive Inspection of generators/ATS and components. Scope of Services also includes Resistive Load Bank Testing upon request. This contract shall be for a term of three (3) years from date of approval by the City Council. Requests for Interpretation and Clarification: Tuesday, April 2, 2024 Tentative City Council award date: Monday, May 13, 2024
