Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Rooftop #4 is a modulating AAON Rooftop unit that provides air to 14 Fan Powered boxes that serve the facility's Administration Offices, Play-Room, and a variety of common areas. Rooftop Unit #7 serves the facility's Fitness Floor. In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Township Code, all bidders must be pre-qualified by calling Debbi Yelich @ 412.831.9000 x2170. Please submit the requested information no later than 3:30 PM on Monday, April 8, 2024. No bids will be opened from bidders that have not been previously pre-qualified by the Township of Upper St. Clair. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
