Award of contract shall be subject to approval by the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address ofthe bidder and the name ofthe project on the outside, addressed to the Township ofEast Greenwich, and must be accompanied by Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order ofthe Township ofEast Greenwich for ten percent (10%) ofthe total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00.
