The piping is original as installed in 1991. The diffusers have been replaced once during that time span. The piping is becoming brittle from UV rays and is in need of replacement with new material. The diffusers will be at the end of their life as well. As the rubber ages, the pores become larger producing more air than necessary. This project will be incorporated into our 5 year phased Facility Plan upgrades and eligible for CWFL. Cost increase of $35,000 due to inflation.
