The Project consists of a base bid that includes the reconstruction of Taxiway 'A' North from the runway holding position to Taxiway 'D', and the rehabilitation of taxiway shoulder pavement beyond the runway holding position to Runway 16. The purpose of the project is to reconstruct Taxiway 'A' North per new fillet geometry and widen the shoulder pavement from 25' to 30'. The project will include but not limited to; removal and installation of new asphalt pavement and subbase materials, relocation of existing taxiway lights, removal and installation of new duct banks and electrical cables, removal and installation of new drainage and underdrain pipe, installation of new catch basins and underdrain cleanouts, adjusting existing structures to grade, installation of new markings. The project is entirely within the secure area of the airport.
