The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract, in the form of a purchase order, with the State of New Hampshire for the supply and installation of the item(s) indicated in the "Offer" section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. Successful vendor shall install a 300,000BTU Modine PDP300A heater, to include: 29.2.1. LP Conversion kit 29.2.2. Draft vent hood 29.2.3. B vent Tee 29.2.4. 6x24 b vent 29.2.5. 6x36 b vent 29.2.6. 6x60 b vent 29.2.7. Storm Collar 29.2.8. 6" Dura Cap Successful vendor shall install a Mini Split with Heat Pump outdoor system, to include: 29.3.1. 2-4 Head 36,000 BTU outdoor unit with arctic multi zone inverter mini split 29.3.2. Three (3) 9K indoor flex arctic zone highwall head 29.3.3. Flared line set EZ pull 29.3.4. Fortress line set Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 3/20/2024.Any questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes shall be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their organization to the Terms and Conditions of this bid and shall be received in writing at the Bureau of Purchase and Property no later than 4:00 PM on the date listed in the timeline below.
