Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of renovations to the existing Lift Station No. 35 to include a valve vault, wet well, pumps, reduced pressure zone backflow preventer (RPZ BFP), concrete slab, gravity wall with guiderail, convert existing wet well to manhole, electrical panel, telemetry control systems, generator, removal of the existing pumps, all electrical connections, remove and replace curb and gutter, connection of proposed piping to the existing force main, paving and restoration of the project area. The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50%of the work based on the total contract price. Applicant may not utilize subcontractors for the role of project manager. The successful bidder must be able to show a past history of three (3) successfully completed duplex submersible public lift station projects within the past ten (10) years that are compliant with the applicable permits and standards. A reference list must be provided demonstrating said successfully completed work which includes project name, owner contact information, consultant contact information, description of work, contract value, and dates that the work occurred. Contractor, or its sub-contractor(s), shall possess and maintain during the term of this Agreement one of the following licenses and/or certifications: 1. Florida Registered or Certified General Contractor 2. Florida Registered or Certified Underground Utilities Contractor.
