Bidders are required to comply with the current applicable prevailing wage reporting rules. After notification of award, but prior to signing a construction contract with the County, the Contractor who is the lowest responsible bidder on the project, shall submit Manning Table Form AA201 (Construction) to the Affirmative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, CN 209, Trenton, NJ 08625-0209. A copy of the Contractor's letter directing said form(s) to the Affirmative Action Office must be supplied to the County at the time same is sent. A Contractor's award shall be rescinded if the Contractor fails to submit the above within two weeks from the award resolution. If the contract is rescinded, the contract will be awarded to the next lowest bidder. The difference in award amount between the rescinded award and the next lowest bidder shall be paid by the contractor whose award was rescinded.
