Ellis Don Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of BGIS, is inviting Proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the PDP3 AWR project. The project is located at 11 Rue Laurier St, Gatineau, Quebec J8X 4A6. This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified proponents will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful proponent will be required to enter into a contract agreement with the Construction Manager based on a modified Ellis Don Stipulated Price Subcontract.
