The Project consists of the demolition of the existing core heat pumps on the 10th floor of the Carvel Building in Wilmington, Delaware and install a new VAV system with hot water reheat. New lighting and acoustical ceiling tiles will also be installed. Questions deadline is Friday April 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM Project involves minor renovations, the replacement of the HVAC system, and the replacement of certain aspects of the sprinkler system located on the 10th floor of the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware. The lighting and acoustical ceilings will also be replaced.
