LLC & TF Powers Construction Co. ("Construction Manager") are soliciting proposals on behalf of the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo, North Dakota ("Owner") for: Hector Terminal Expansion & Renovation - Bid Package #2 - Hector Terminal Renovation & Expansion It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that the Proposal is received before the submission deadline. Late Proposals will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the Owner, to be in the best interest of the Owner. This project is being bid in accordance with the North Dakota Century Code. This Project includes Federal funding and therefore requires compliance with relevant federal statutes, Executive Orders, and other rules which shall be specified in the bidding documents and project information. These requirements include, but are not limited to, compliance with: Federal Nondiscrimination Acts and Authorities, the Buy American Act, Occupation Safety and Health Administration Regulations, and Federal Regulations regarding participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. This project consists of a 4-gate, 73,000 square foot addition and a 5-gate 113,000 square foot existing building renovation. Bid Package #2 includes all remaining work for a complete building. Due to the timing of FAA funding, the project bids need to be separated between the terminal expansion and the terminal renovation. The terminal expansion will be awarded first in May of 2024 while the terminal renovation is expected to be awarded in April of 2025 when FAA funding becomes available.
