Hillside Terrace requires various maintenance repairs on an ongoing basis. HACM seeks General Contractors to execute the repairs on an as-needed basis. Multiple General Contractors may be engaged for this work. HACM may award contracts to multiple General Contractors, HACM may seek competing price estimates from the General Contractors. Request for Clarifications or Interpretation must be received by Wednesday, March 27, 2024 @ 4:00 P.M. CST Kent Britton may be reached at (414) 286- 5863 or via email at kent.britton@hacm.org to submit any questions and answers in addition to clarifications regarding this request for proposal. This solicitation is subject to provisions for participation of Section 3 businesses and residents. The Section 3 provisions are part of the solicitation documents.
