PROJECT LOCATION: Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Avoca, Pennsylvania, 18641. Project generally includes blasting for constructing embankment fill, subbase, paving, and electrical work at the extension of Taxiway B. Major items included in this work are maintenance and protection of traffic, FAA 401 asphalt pavement, FAA P-209 crushed aggregate subbase course, airfield lighting and signage, erosion and sediment control, and pavement markings. All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety (Bid Bond or other instrument as described in the Instructions to Bidders) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
