LOCATION OF WORK 5th Avenue from Main Street to Green Street, Washington Street from 9th Avenue to S Lewis Road, 9th Avenue from Walnut Street to Washington Street The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Mill and overlay 1,050 tons of 1.5 9.5mm superpave, base repair, replacement of five (5) ADA ramps, and replacement/installation of signs. The work is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. For the Royersford Borough for the 2024 Liquid Fuels Project (5th Avenue Main St to Borough Line, Washington St S Lewis Rd to 9th Ave, and 9th Ave Walnut St to Washington St) The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following Mill and overlay 1,050 tons of 1.5 9.5mm superpave, base repair, replacement of five (5) ADA ramps, and replacement/installation of signs. Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
