Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Fargeville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work under this Contract may generally be described to include, but not be limited to the following: Procurement and general requirements; demolition, asbestos and lead abatement, sitework, site restoration, concrete and asphalt paving, unit and maintenance of masonry, miscellaneous metals, light gauge and structural steel framing, railings, rough and finish carpentry, solid surface fabrications, fiberglass panels, thermal and moisture protection, doors, frames and hardware, glazing, coiling and rolling counter doors, finishes, specialties, food service equipment, signage, training, and all other work and related materials as indicated on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein, and as required for the complete and proper execution of the Work. Each bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Architect/Engineer, and the respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any bid. The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify bidders for any material failure to comply with the Information for Bidders and General, Supplementary, and Special Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
