The Town of Manchester is seeking part-time inspection services of paint contractor activities. Estimate of project duration is 16 hours per week for approximately 8 weeks. The contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and necessary supervision required to fully complete this project. Tank Painting Inspection: Inspection Services will be required for the JC Penney (East) Tank- Painting domed roof steel storage tank: 960,000 gallon, 93' high x 42' Diameter, located at 81 Batson Road, Manchester, CT. The painting project shall commence at the end of April 2024. Completion of the painting project shall take no longer than two (2) months. Results are not final until reviewed, tabulations compiled and then posted/distributed to participants. In addition, the requesting department will recommend an award after a complete review of the submissions.
