The Plumas County Department of Facility Services and Airports is responsible for maintaining several County owned buildings and Properties throughout Plumas County. This includes, but is not limited to,
routine maintenance, HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, yard maintenance, and Capital Improvement Projects. The purpose for this Invitation for Bid is to seek and enter into a contract with a Contractor that holds a Class C-15 License issued by the state of California, to replace the carpet and linoleum at the Chester
Memorial Hall located at 220 Gay St Chester Ca. Scope of Work
Services to be provided by the contractor to the Plumas County Facility Services and Airports, and the amounts of the services, shall be as follows:
1. The Contractor shall
a. Pull up and dispose of existing linoleum, floor tiles and rubber base.
b. Furnish and install new linoleum in Entrance, front bathrooms and Auditorium. Flooring to be Tarkett VCT II, Color TBD.
c. Furnish and install new linoleum in the kitchen and back bathrooms. Flooring to be commercial sheet vinyl Standard plus. Color to TBD.
d. Furnish and install 4 rubber base on all walls.
e. Provide and pay for all labor, materials, taxes, and insurance.
f. All work will comply with the California Building and Electrical Codes and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Contract Term

Plumas County Facility Services & Airports reserves the right to issue one or more addenda to this IFB if
