The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace heat pump and furnace at the residence at Wild River State Park. The location of the project is: 39975 Rustic Road, Center City, MN 55013 Work cannot commence receipt of Notice to Proceed whichever occurs later. Final Completion of the work shall be on or before April 29, 2024. Contract will be awarded to one responsible bidder with the lowest lump sum bid.
