Renovation of a municipal facility in Winfield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
ADA Door Operator Project at the Putnam County Judicial Annex A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond, a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractor's Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall provide a copy of their WV Contractor's license and include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form. See supplemental instructions to bidders for more information. After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
