Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Description of Work 1. Replace (E) 80 water meters with new water meters per UCSC standards. Contractors to provide and install new water meters. 2. Install new Endpoint hardware, cable, enclosure and other required installation kit provided by UCSC. 3 Provide new Christy Box on meter # I75102. 4. Remove and reinstall (E) meter box at landscape area/ Re-Level base of the meter box. Provide and install (N) heavy duty stainless wire mesh at base. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be received no later than 5 PM on April 5, 2024, and addressed only to: Dennis Prieto University of California, Santa Cruz Physical Planning, Development & Operations 1156 High Street, Barn G Santa Cruz, CA 95064 djprieto@ucsc.edu Estimated construction cost: $600,000. Bidders may be required to submit qualifications with their bids as set forth in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders.
