Site work and paving for a civil project in Howe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the following: Water, Sewer, Drainage, and Paving improvements for a 177 lot residential development as well as improvements made to Smith Road and other related items as depicted on the construction documents. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7)days after the date the Contractor is notified All inquiries relative to this procurement should be addressed to the following: Attn: Erik Bjornstrom, P.E., Pape-Dawson Engineers Email: ebjornstrom@pape-dawson.com Phone: 214.420.8494.
