Site work for a mixed-use development in Deltona, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and road / highway.
**As of April 26, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** The City of Deltona is soliciting bids from licensed contractors in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the Bidder) to furnish any and all design, permitting, labor, materials, and equipment to supply and install a non-digital, lighted entry to City monument sign at Howland Blvd. and SR 415. Three or more additional signs may be ordered at a later date while this bid remains open. Those signs would be located off the three I-4 exits to the City of Deltona. The work includes the following: Removal of the existing Monument and Foundation which is approximately 13 ft. x 8 ft. Build new monument. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in the Public Bid Opening should contact the City Clerk at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting at 386-561-2100.
