11.25.2024 AMEND This is an amendment to the requirements contract for Post Wide Paving, West Point. This amendment revises the CLINs 66, 106, and 111 series, and incorporate RFI questions and answers into this solicitation. The close of the solicitation has NOT been changed. The Period of Performance has NOT been changed. There are no other changes to this requirements solicitation. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC--WP) is issuing this SOLICITATION POST WIDE PAVING CONTRACT (W911SD-24-R-0120) at West Point, NY. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, size standard is $45,000,000.00and FSC/PSC of Y1LB. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). The deadline for question (RFIs) submission is 15 November 2024 at 4:30pm. The close of the RFP is 25 November 2024 at 1200 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. In addition, all offerors must incorporate their prices into both the SF 1442 solicitation and attached Excel Spreadsheet (W911SD-24-R-0091 SOLICITATION Structure POST WIDE PAVING). Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to provide maintenance and repair of Roads and Parking Areas at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY for a base and four (4) one (1) option years as follow s: Base Year: 10 December 2024 - 09 December 2025 Option Year 1: 10 December 2025 - 09 December 2026 Option Year 2: 10 December 2026 - 09 December 2027 Option Year 3: 10 December 2027 - 09 December 2028 Option Year 4: 10 December 2028 - 09 December 2029 In accordance w ith FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the price magnitude is betw een $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 per year. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
