Project involves removing existing buried reinforced concrete box culvert and corrugated metal pipe extensions and replacing them with 76 linear feet of 36" RCP including erosion control, traffic control, detour, bypassing running water, tree removal, sanitary sewer and lateral spot repairs, small diameter storm sewer replacement, storm manhole, grading, pavement replacement, modular block retaining walls, wood fencing, steel plate beam guard replacement, riprap, restoration of disturbed vegetation and cleanup. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Elm Grove, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages.
