Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bradley, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Bradley does hereby invite sealed bids for Glenns Park and Quail Park. Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, temporary fencing and erosion control, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and paving, storm sewerage, playground equipment installation, playground surfacing, pavilion structure installation, chain link fencing and gates, site furnishing installation planting, turf grass seeding, drainage improvements. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Village of Bradley. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. The Village of Bradley reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Village of Bradley. he Village of Bradley encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
