This includes a 1000kVA/800kW 480/277V 3-phase diesel generator set, housed in a weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure and certified UL2200, alongside the replacement of two 600A ATSs and one 400A ATS. A portion of the facility is backed up by an existing 1000kVA/800kW diesel generator with a 480V, 3-phase, 4-wire output. The generator feeds (2) 600A Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and (1) 400A ATS. ATS-1 is 600A, 480V, 4-pole, 4-wire and feeds Panel 1CDP for the Critical and Life Safety loads. ATS-2 is 600A, 480V, 4-pole, 4-wire and feeds Panel 1QDP for the Equipment loads. ATS-3 is 400A, 480V, 4-pole, 4-wire and feeds Panel 1EHA for the 911 Emergency Services. ATS-3 has an additional manual transfer switch mounted adjacent that has cabling and exterior disconnect for a roll-up generator.
