Reference Number 0000346950 Oakland County Purchasing is soliciting proposals from companies for the purchase and delivery of Carus 1000 and 8100 phosphate solutions and technical expertise to be used on an as-needed basis at various drinking water facilities owned and/or operated and maintained by the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC). The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) has approved the application of specific Carus products at several WRC well sites. Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis and only at the request and direction of authorized County staff. The primary delivery location is the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner - Pump Maintenance Building at 4860 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328. A possible future bulk deliveries location is the Crossings wellhouse located at 3445 Kern Road, Oakland Township. WRC's minimum order will be five 30-gallon containers. This quantity is provided only to assist the contractor in developing their proposal. WRC does not guarantee that the volume listed will be ordered for the term of the contract.
