Reference Number : 1827199 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-11 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The Saguenay Port Authority is doing business with the company Beumer Group for the design and manufacture of a tubular conveyor 1,800 meters long. The conveyor is mainly composed of 12m steel modules inserted in a modular gallery made up of modules of 12 to 24 meters on the ground and in aerial structures. The erection of transfer towers TT1 and TT2 is not included in this work package. The modules are currently being manufactured in a workshop located overseas. As mentioned in the document provided by Beumer Group, listed in the technical contract documents, the modules will be partially pre-assembled and transported to Canada in 40-foot-long containers. The supplier of this lot will be mandated to complete the assembly and install the modules on the concrete bases previously installed in a previous lot.
