Reference Number 0000266947 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/08 03:00:00 AM EDT Description: York invites qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for SQ24-133 VOR for Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services. This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience. Please read it carefully. Scope of Work The Selected Proponent(s) shall provide the following on demand as needed 24/7 regular and emergency plumbing services: Troubleshoot and complete repairs or replacement for typical plumbing systems found in most high rise and low rise, residential/commercial/industrial/institutional buildings such as, but not limited to the following: boilers, steam systems, back flow preventors, sprinklers (fire and landscaping), valves of all types, glass/plastic/copper/steel/etc piping, domestic hot water, domestic heating systems, water closets, urinals, vents, risers, etc. The initial term of the VOR arrangement is twelve (12) months, with two (2) optional extensions of twelve (12) months. To accept or reject any or all Proposals, whether or not it conforms to the RFSQ. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
