Asbestos Work for Stairwells Hinsdale Central High School The Contractor must pay Prevailing Wage Rates for all work as required by Illinois Law. The Contractor must be a State of Illinois Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor and registered as an Illinois Corporation with a local office located in Illinois. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the Bid that in its opinion will serve its best interest. Any such decision shall be considered final.
