Renovation of a residential development in Elgin, North Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

As of April 19, 2024 projects is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. Bids For The Following Work To Be Completed At Lake Tschida. Work To Be Completed By The Spring Of 2024 Includes: Electrical And Plumbing Installation Of A Two-stall Shower House At The Crappie Creek Campground And Sand Blasting And Refinishing Of An Exsiting Four-stall Shower House In Rimrock Campgound. Electrical Installation Plumbing Installation This project is the conversion of a 12x20 structure into a two stall shower house. Drawing is for an idea only, owner is open to any proposed layout, as long as it would be two individual rooms to provide shower, toilet, and sink in both. The doors are the only things already installed and cannot be moved. There are no walls, this unit is wide open at this time. Owner's staff will build walls as specified by contractor receiving the bid. As far as fixtures owner is open to any proposed, if possible to propose with fixtures that meet ADA standards. Any additional proposed walls, partitions, etc. that would need to be built, owner would have staff available to complete that part of the project for contractors as needed, for example to support shower stall if needed.
